When Jenna told me she wanted to do another shoot for the new bags she got in, it was an instant YES! The tricky part was finding a day we were both available before I left for the UK this summer.
And I'm so glad we did.
These colors, the setup, the new BAGS! It was such a fun shoot and I couldn't have done it without my assistant, and best friend, Colleen! She also has an incredible eye for shots and can see things that I sometimes can't. Having her with us made everything smooth and helped us stick to our shot list. Peep her hand shot with the cell phone, it's too good.
Working with female entrepreneurs is a passion of mine and branding photography is something I love to do. Telling the story of a brand through imagery is my favorite and I start getting ideas for shots just by talking with someone about their business.
I love asking a business owner about their origin story, why they do what they do, and being able to help translate that through images for someone is an honor.
